By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Store nutrition data locally on their device (iOS or Android)

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nutrido
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent
• Users under 18 should use the App under adult supervision

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and App data
• You must provide accurate information when using the App
• You are responsible for all activities that occur through your use of the App
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• You can delete your content at any time through the App

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

9.2 Payment and Billing

• iOS: Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Android: Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store
• Billing is handled according to the respective app store's terms and conditions
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• iOS: Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Android: Manage subscriptions through Google Play Store settings

9.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• iOS: Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Android: Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store refund policy
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's app store settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

10. App Availability and Updates

• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service

11. Limitation of Liability

• Damages exceeding the amount paid for premium subscriptions in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nutrido, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or share through the App
• Any health decisions made based on App information

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Delete the App from your device to terminate your use
• Cancel any active subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Use the "Reset All Data" feature to remove local data

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to compromise App security or functionality
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our team

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Local data on your device will remain unless you delete it
• Premium subscription benefits will end at the current billing period
